Every home in the Tucasa collection is selected in person and evaluated against our proprietary acceptance checklist — a rigorous assessment of architecture, privacy, service infrastructure, and sense of place. Fewer than 1% of properties we review earn the right to carry our name. We are selective because the travelers we serve are.
