No Ownership or Management of Properties

Tucasa acts solely as a marketing and booking intermediary between guests and independent property owners or management companies (“Partners”). All properties are owned and operated by their respective Partners, who are solely responsible for the condition, safety, maintenance, legal compliance, and guest experience at each property.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

While Tucasa makes every effort to ensure that property descriptions, photographs, amenity lists, pricing, and availability displayed on staytucasa.com are accurate and current, all listing information is provided by our Partners. Tucasa does not independently verify every detail and cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times. In the event of a material discrepancy between a listing and the actual property, Tucasa will work with the Partner and guest to resolve the matter.

No Liability for Third-Party Services

Tucasa may recommend or facilitate access to third-party services such as private chefs, transportation, excursions, or concierge services. These services are provided by independent third parties, and Tucasa assumes no responsibility or liability for their quality, safety, availability, or performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tucasa Group LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to: the use of staytucasa.com, any booking made through the platform, the condition or safety of any property, the acts or omissions of any Partner or third-party service provider, or any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity.

Tucasa’s total liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the commission amount retained by Tucasa for that specific reservation.

Reservation Terms

All reservations made through Tucasa are subject to the specific cancellation policy, house rules, and terms associated with each property. These terms are communicated to the guest at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for reviewing and accepting these terms before confirming a reservation.

Pricing

All prices displayed on staytucasa.com are quoted in the currency indicated on the listing and are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed. Additional charges such as taxes, cleaning fees, damage deposits, and service fees may apply and will be disclosed before booking confirmation.

Travel Insurance

Tucasa strongly recommends that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and property damage. Tucasa does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible for losses that would have been covered by an insurance policy.

All content on staytucasa.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Tucasa Group LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Tucasa name, Tucasa logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Tucasa Group LLC. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of Tucasa.

Permitted Use

You may view and download content from staytucasa.com for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Property Photography

Photographs of listed properties are provided by our Partners or produced by Tucasa and may not be reproduced, downloaded, or used for any purpose outside of personal trip planning without written permission from Tucasa Group LLC.
