Can Gerbera
Ibiza, Spain

Set on a private agricultural estate of vineyards, almond trees, and pine forest, Can Gerbera is a 6-bedroom luxury finca built around a restored Ibicenco stone defense tower — one of the few authentic examples still in private hands. The architecture marries the historic with the contemporary: hand-laid dry-stone walls, sabina-beam ceilings, and travertine floors meet sculptural staircases, soapstone kitchen counters, and a curated collection of contemporary art, ethnographic objects, and rustic-luxe furniture.
Outside, a series of terraces unfolds across the property. The pool sits among olive trees and bougainvillea, with deep daybeds and shaded loungers beneath the original beamed roof of the main pavilion. A long alfresco dining table for fourteen looks out across pine-clad hills, and a separate covered lounge anchored by oversized rattan pendant lamps offers another space to gather. Citrus trees frame the upper terrace, and the historic tower rises beside it, lit dramatically at dusk.
Wellness and sport are central to the estate. A full tennis court sits below the house, and a glass-walled fitness studio is equipped with Technogym treadmills, bikes, and weights. A covered yoga and meditation pavilion under a Bedouin-style stretch tent overlooks the gardens, and a circular wellness lounge with a central wood-burning stove offers space for sound baths, reading, or quiet afternoons. A second prep kitchen and pantry support catered events.
Ibiza Town and the airport are roughly twenty minutes by car, with Santa Gertrudis, Talamanca, and the north coast beaches all within easy reach.
