Set high on the hillside above Cala Jondal on Ibiza's south coast, Cana Milene is a contemporary villa surrounded by 25,000 square metres of fragrant pines, junipers, and palms — with uninterrupted views down the wooded slopes to the Mediterranean. The location is one of the island's most coveted: Platja des Jondal and Blue Marlin are a four-minute drive away, Sant Josep twelve, and the airport just over twenty.
The architecture is clean and modern — white volumes, full-height sliding glass, and polished interior floors that reflect the southern light. Wide retractable doors open the main living area directly onto the pool terrace, where a long natural-wood dining table seats twelve and cream sofas look out over the water. The kitchen is fully equipped, with Apple TV, Bluetooth audio, and air conditioning throughout the house. Guest bedrooms continue the same calm palette in soft golds and greys, accented with Balinese carved figures and original artwork.
The grounds are designed as a series of secluded outdoor rooms. Pebbled paths thread through formal planting and cacti to shaded Balinese daybeds, lounge groupings under wooden pergolas, and a high pergola-covered dining terrace that catches the sunset across the neighbouring hills. The infinity pool is the centrepiece — long, mosaic-tiled, and edged with sun beds and integrated daybeds. A naturally lit gym opens onto its own terrace.
Five en-suite bedrooms sleep ten, anchored by a top-floor master suite with a vast private terrace and panoramic views to the sea.
