Casa Hadas
Mallorca, Spain

Set on the waterfront in the heart of Port d'Andratx on Mallorca's south-west coast, Casa Hadas is a frontline villa with direct access to the sea and a private dinghy dock — one of the rare properties on the island where guests can step from the pool terrace straight into the Mediterranean. The bars and restaurants of the port are five minutes' walk from the gate; Cala Llamp beach is six minutes by car, and Palma airport thirty-five.
The architecture is rustic Mediterranean with elegant contemporary furnishings — sandstone walls, exposed timber beams, arched openings, and woven pendant lighting set against soft modern upholstery and natural-fibre rugs. The living room and dining area open through wide doors onto the pool terrace, where a heavy oak dining table sits beneath a vaulted timber pergola overlooking the bay. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a separate barbecue and outdoor cooking area positioned for sunset.
Sustainability runs through the property quietly. The heated saltwater pool and jacuzzi run on a CO2-neutral system, and a complimentary EV charging station sits on the driveway. The grounds also include a sunbathing lawn, an outdoor sauna and gym, an outdoor shower, kayaks for guest use, and a dedicated boat garage.
Four en-suite bedrooms sleep eight — one on the ground floor, three upstairs, with two opening onto private covered balconies overlooking the water. A separate guest cottage with its own kitchen and bathroom is available for additional flexibility. Sonos sound, OLED TVs, air conditioning, underfloor heating, and a working fireplace make the villa comfortable year-round.
