Fedele Estate

Set into a Tramuntana valley at the foot of the Alaró twin mountains, Fedele Estate is a fully staffed and fully catered 14th-century possessió occupying a secluded 40-hectare black truffle estate in northern Mallorca. The property is rented exclusively, sleeping twenty across ten en-suite bedrooms, with the operating standard of a luxury boutique hotel — a permanent team of nine including an international chef, house manager, concierge, and round-the-clock day and night service. Alaró village is eight minutes away, Palma airport thirty.

The mansion has been impeccably restored, balancing its historic Spanish bones with eclectic design pulled from a lifetime of travel — Berber textiles, Balinese carving, American midwest finds, all brought together around a Moroccan-inspired internal courtyard. Living and dining areas occupy the entire ground floor, served by Bose and Sonance systems indoors and across the terraces. The kitchen sits at the heart of the house: meals are prepared from organic vegetables, fruit, and olive oil grown on the estate, supplemented with locally sourced meat and fish.

The wellness and entertainment offering is unusually deep. A 6 by 10 metre heated pool runs alongside a poolside bar and outdoor kitchen; the dedicated spa includes a treatment room, steam bath, and infrared sauna. A new gym is equipped with Cellgym high-altitude training. Outside, a paddle court, volleyball court, jogging and hiking trails, and horseback riding routes thread across the estate, with views reminiscent of the Tuscan hills. A screening room and a "shark tank" nightclub — equally usable as a meditation room — sit within the main house.

Ten en-suite bedrooms ranging from 17 to 36 square metres are equipped with king-size Hypnos Cashmere Edition beds, Egyptian cotton linens, Geneva Bluetooth speakers, natural limestone bathrooms, underfloor heating, and Airzone climate control. Three meals daily, snacks, and an open bar — wines, champagne, spirits, cocktails — are included throughout the stay. Helicopter rides, boat trips, and bespoke excursions can be arranged through the on-site concierge.
