Villa Minerva
Mallorca, Spain

Set on a 2,000-square-metre hillside plot above Port d'Andratx, Villa Minerva is a recently refurbished six-bedroom villa with one of the most singular outlooks on Mallorca's south-west coast — sweeping panoramic views across the harbour, the moored fleet at the marina, and the protected island of Dragonera beyond. The location is at once private and connected: six minutes by car from the port's restaurants and boutiques, eight from Cala Llamp, and forty from Palma airport, with the celebrated Camp de Mar golf course nearby and the white-sand beach of Sant Elm a short coastal drive away.
The architecture is contemporary Mediterranean with a calm, restrained palette — pale walls, soft neutral fabrics, and bursts of modern artwork. Floor-to-ceiling glazing in the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas pulls the harbour view directly into the interior, with sliding doors that retract onto the main terrace. Underfloor heating and air conditioning run throughout; the kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances.
Outdoor living is built around a 72-square-metre heated saltwater pool that runs along the cliff edge, its weir aligned with the horizon. Sun loungers under wide parasols, a covered chill-out lounge, and an alfresco dining area with full outdoor kitchen and barbecue follow the sun across the day, with the main terrace catching some of the most extraordinary sunsets on the island. A jacuzzi extends evening relaxation, alongside a separate gym and sauna.
Six en-suite bedrooms sleep twelve — four within the main house, including a master suite with a private terrace and emperor-sized bed, and two further suites in a separately accessed guest wing ideal for couples travelling together. An EV charging station, daily housekeeping, and pool heating are all included.
