Anastasia Mansion
Mykonos, Greece

Anastasia Mansion occupies a hillside position four kilometers from Mykonos Town, arranged as a long horizontal bastion of stacked schist stone with a planted roof of pampas grass that lets the building sit into the landscape rather than on top of it. The architecture is deliberately modernist — six identical arched stone openings along the pool facade, each framing a bedroom — paired with a clean white interior volume and a Cycladic sensibility throughout.
The infinity pool is the defining feature: a long rectangular run flanked by a shallow sun shelf with six teak and black in-water loungers, terminating in a jacuzzi pool at the far end, all edged by bougainvillea and wild grasses. A covered stone pavilion at the head of the pool holds an outdoor dining table for twelve under a wood-beamed ceiling, set directly over the horizon line of the Aegean.
Interiors are organized as a single open living volume finished in poured white resin floors with a rough-cut schist feature wall that carries through from the lounge into the dining room. Furnishings pair tactile linen modular sofas with a live-edge walnut dining table, black-and-white geometric textiles, driftwood sculpture, and woven wall pieces — modernist in structure but with a soulful bohemian character. The kitchen is finished in white lacquer and oak with integrated appliances and direct access to the terrace.
Six bedrooms are laid out in a row behind the pool, each with a king bed, driftwood headboard, ensuite bathroom, and sliding glass directly onto the pool terrace. Accommodating up to thirteen guests, the villa is within easy reach of Mykonos Town, the old port, and the southern beach clubs of Paradise, Super Paradise, and Psarou. Mykonos airport is approximately ten minutes by car.
