Elia View

Elia View sits on the southern coast of Mykonos, a hillside villa built into the granite outcrops above Elia Beach with panoramic views down the coast to Tsangari and across to the open Aegean. The architecture is traditional Mykonian — whitewashed cubic volumes, stacked dry-stone walls, exposed schist, and timber beam ceilings with vaulted plaster — opened up internally with contemporary sliding glass and sculpted built-in seating.

The main living space is arranged as a single flowing volume with a sculpted Mykonian fireplace dividing the lounge from the kitchen. Seating is built into the plaster — deep banquettes lit from below, curved sofa platforms, and wall niches displaying corals and sea stones. A retractable projection cinema screen drops in front of the main glass wall for film nights, with sea views restored at the touch of a button. The kitchen is finished in backlit white lacquer with bamboo screen partitions, opening onto a long oak dining table and a second breakfast bar with window seating.

Outside, the infinity pool runs along the seaward edge of the property with a full sun terrace, cushioned loungers, and a separate covered lounge with deep sectional seating and striped cushions. A private jacuzzi is set behind frameless glass directly above the pool, angled for sunset. A dedicated guest wing opens onto its own stone courtyard with dining table and cactus-planted bed. An upper roof terrace carries a sunken circular lounge with concealed LED lighting and bleached driftwood sculpture — the entertaining space for late evenings.

Six bedrooms are distributed across the main house and the guest wing, accommodating up to twelve guests. The villa is a short walk from Elia Beach and within easy reach of Super Paradise, Paradise, and Psarou, with Mykonos town and the old port approximately twenty minutes by car.
