Horizon Blue
Mykonos, Greece

Ftelia Sun occupies a clifftop position above Ftelia Bay, on the northern coast of Mykonos. The villa is built across descending terraces that follow the natural fall of the rock, with seven en-suite bedrooms arranged so that the principal living spaces open directly onto the water.
The architecture holds to traditional Cycladic discipline — whitewashed volumes, dry-stone retaining walls, exposed cedar pergolas, and thatched umbrellas. The infinity pool is the organising element: shaped around existing boulders and finished in pale stone, it sits flush against the cliff edge with the bay opening beyond. A separate timber sun deck cantilevers further out over the water.
The outdoor program is unusually complete for a villa of this scale. A long built-in banquette runs the length of the upper terrace beneath a heavy timber pergola. A covered alfresco kitchen and dining pavilion seats twelve, with a stone grill and bar adjacent. A second covered area houses a working gym — bike, bench, dumbbells, BOSU — open to the sea on three sides. A traditional stone outdoor lounge with fireplace anchors the lower level.
Ftelia Beach is a short walk down the hillside; Mykonos Town is fifteen minutes by car.
