Livadi Estate
Mykonos, Greece

Livadi Estate sits on an elevated plot above Kalo Livadi Bay, on the southeastern coast of Mykonos. The estate is composed of several interconnected white-cube volumes arranged across multiple terraces, with twenty bedrooms distributed across the property and the principal living spaces oriented toward the water.
The architecture is contemporary Cycladic — sharp white planes, deep recessed windows, and timber-framed pergolas with white-painted reed ceilings that filter the afternoon light. Two pools anchor the outdoor program: a long infinity pool flanked by red-cushioned daybeds and floating loungers, and a second pool set into the manicured lawn above the cliff edge, framed by a palm tree and a four-poster sun bed in red linen. A separate raised deck holds a private jacuzzi positioned for the bay view.
The interiors run to a clean, gallery-like palette — polished concrete floors, white plaster walls, and bursts of red and primary colour through cushions, chairs, and artwork. The main living pavilion opens entirely to the terrace through folding glass walls, with an open kitchen, a long communal dining table for fourteen, and direct flow to the alfresco dining area beneath the pergola. A separate professional service kitchen with industrial grill, double sinks, and full prep stations supports private chefs and event catering at scale.
A glass-walled indoor gym faces the garden. Several bedroom suites have private plunge pools and stone-walled terraces. Elia Beach is a five-minute drive; Mykonos Town is twenty.
