Set into a hillside on Mykonos, The Magnificent Villa is a substantial nine-bedroom estate built in the island's most authentic Cycladic vernacular — pure white cubic volumes layered against hand-laid stone retaining walls that step down the slope. The architecture follows the natural contours of the hill, with each level set slightly below the next, opening every terrace to uninterrupted sea views and the legendary Mykonos sunset on the horizon. The position offers privacy alongside easy access to the island's defining points: Mykonos Town and its harbour are a short drive, the beaches at Psarou, Ornos, and Platis Gialos within minutes, and the airport just across the island.

The architecture is distributed across multiple levels and connected by external stone staircases, internal courtyards, and stone-paved pathways that thread between the volumes. White lime-rendered walls catch the changing light through the day, framed by stone walls that ground the property into the rocky hillside beneath. Inside, vaulted ceilings, soft linen upholstery, woven natural-fibre rugs, and Cycladic detailing — the deep-set windows, the recessed niches, the timber accents — keep the palette calm and rooted in the island tradition.

Outdoor living is the heart of the experience. A curved infinity pool sits at the centre of the principal terrace, its weir edge aligned with the sea horizon and the surrounding island roofline.
