Villa Adonis
Mykonos, Greece

Villa Adonis sits on the western slope of Mykonos, oriented to catch the full arc of the sunset over the sea. The property reads as a sequence of stacked terraces threaded between dry-stone walls and sharp white volumes, with six bedrooms distributed across the main residence and a separate guest wing.
The water program is the defining feature. A raised infinity pool runs along the upper deck, with timber-decked submerged loungers extending into the water. A long mirror-pool channel framed by mature palms borders the dining terrace below. The third — and the most distinctive element of the villa — is a private plunge pool carved into a sculpted cave, opening through a rough-cut arch directly onto the sunset and the sea. A separate jacuzzi sits on the lower deck.
Inside, the interiors hold to a deliberate contemporary palette — polished white resin floors, raw black basalt columns, oversized linen sofas, abstract art, and a sculpted live-edge coffee table. The open-plan living and dining space runs the length of the ground floor, with a black stone island kitchen and a long communal dining table beneath track lighting. Bedroom suites are finished in soft greys and warm timber, with several opening directly to private terraces.
Outdoor dining is taken beneath a slatted timber pergola, at a long built-in white concrete table with a banquette set against a stone wall. A neighbouring traditional Mykonian dovecote, visible from the upper deck, anchors the property to its setting. The beach is a short drive; Mykonos Town is ten minutes away.
