Villa Artisti is built into a natural rock outcrop on a quiet hillside above the bay, with the existing granite boulders and dry-stone walls left exposed and threaded directly into the architecture. The result is a property that feels rooted in its landscape — six bedrooms distributed across a single-story main house and an upper-floor wing, with the outdoor program stepped down across two terraces.
The principal terrace is anchored by a curved infinity pool finished in pale stone, set against a timber sun deck and bordered by mature bougainvillea. A second smaller pool sits to the rear, framed by a cedar pergola with reed ceiling and a private daybed lounge. Between them, a deep sunken seating pit — built in white plaster with grey linen cushions — opens to the view, paired with a long built-in dining table for ten beneath an adjacent wood-and-bamboo pergola. A standalone outdoor bar with stone base and cantilevered concrete top sits at the far edge of the terrace.
Inside, the interiors hold to traditional Mykonian discipline: exposed white-painted timber-beam ceilings, terracotta tile floors, deep linen sofas in soft greys, and rustic driftwood columns marking the transition between rooms. The kitchen is fully fitted in white timber with skylights overhead. Bedroom suites are quietly composed, with shuttered windows opening to the rocks and the bay beyond.
The beach is a short drive; Mykonos Town is fifteen minutes away.
