Set on an elevated plot above the Aegean, Villa Mavi is a 5-bedroom luxury villa in Mykonos that pairs traditional Cycladic architecture — whitewashed walls, dry-stack stone, reed-and-timber pergolas — with a resort-caliber outdoor program built around uninterrupted sea views.
The centerpiece is a sculpted infinity pool with a sunken in-water lounge, a separate jacuzzi, and tiered concrete decks framed by teak daybeds, four-poster sun cabanas, and bean-bag loungers oriented toward the sunset. A covered stone bar with backlit counters anchors the dining terrace, alongside an outdoor pergola with a long teak table for twelve and a second, more intimate dining area beneath a kalami-roofed canopy. A pizza oven and outdoor kitchen extend the entertaining footprint.
Inside, the open-plan living area runs the full length of the main floor — pale stone floors, exposed white beams, a long oak dining table, and double doors opening onto the pool terrace. A separate media lounge with a corner sectional and large-format TV sits off the main hall. The villa's lower level houses a fully equipped private gym with cardio, free weights, racks, and a dedicated massage and treatment room.
Five en-suite bedrooms accommodate ten guests. The location places guests minutes from Mykonos Town, Ornos, and Psarou Beach — close to the action, removed from the noise.
