Villa Neo
Mykonos, Greece

Built into a rocky promontory above a private cove, Villa Neo is a 6-bedroom waterfront luxury villa in Mykonos that places guests as close to the Aegean as Greek planning law allows. Dry-stack stone walls anchor a contemporary footprint of floor-to-ceiling glass, with sliding panels that disappear entirely to merge interior living spaces with the surrounding sea.
The lower terrace centers on a sea-edge infinity pool that visually meets the water below, flanked by teak loungers, in-pool stone daybeds with bolstered cushions, and lantern-lit lounges oriented toward sunset. A separate stone-walled terrace holds a sunken seating area with monstera-print cushions and a covered dining banquette. Above, a private rooftop opens to a glass-railed deck with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, and a circular fire pit ringed by curved built-in benches — the property's quietest seat at dusk.
Inside, double-height ceilings, pale concrete floors, and oak millwork carry the coastal palette through the principal rooms. The main level holds the living and dining areas, kitchen, and a sea-facing media room. Six en-suite bedrooms accommodate twelve guests; the master opens onto its own private terrace with direct pool access and uninterrupted water views.
The cove below offers protected swimming and tender access for yachts. The location places guests minutes from Mykonos Town and Psarou, far enough removed for true privacy.
