Set on a private hillside above the Aegean, Villa Thalassa is an 8-bedroom luxury villa in Mykonos that takes traditional Cycladic architecture seriously — dry-stack stone walls, weathered timber pergolas with reed-and-pole roofs, whitewashed cubes with pale blue louvered shutters, all arranged across a multi-building compound that feels grown out of the landscape rather than built onto it.

The outdoor program is the property's anchor. A freeform pool curves around a paved deck with hammocks slung beneath stone arches, sun loungers, and shaded purple-striped daybed platforms tucked under timber pergolas. The dining program is exceptional: a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and bar pavilion with a polished concrete counter, professional grill and prep stations, refrigerated drawers, and woven rattan pendants overhead — built for cooking at scale.
