Villa Zircon
Mykonos, Greece

Set on a hillside above Mykonos Town, Villa Zircon enjoys one of the island's most singular positions — direct sight lines down to the famous windmills, the Old Port, and the bay below, with the silhouette of Delos drifting on the horizon. The architecture is unmistakably Cycladic: lime-rendered whitewashed volumes with sculptural sloped chimneys, deep arched openings, sage-green timber shutters, and pergolas of weathered beams resting on cubic columns.
The property unfolds across multiple terraces. The main pool is the centrepiece — a large rectangular infinity pool framed by polished concrete decking and shaded by a long pergola, with linen daybeds, sculptural white wire furniture, and grey-linen lounge seating arranged for both sun and shade. A second pool sits on the upper terrace with raised loungers facing directly toward Mykonos Town, perfectly positioned for sunset. By night, recessed up-lighting traces the architecture in warm amber, and the lights of the town shimmer below.
The seven en-suite bedrooms are arranged across the property for privacy, with shuttered windows opening to garden, pool, or sea views. Interiors continue the Cycladic language with whitewashed walls, light wood, and curated furnishings, while open-plan living spaces flow seamlessly to the terraces through full-height shuttered doors.
Mykonos Town is just minutes away by car, with the famous beach clubs of Psarou, Paradise, and Super Paradise within easy reach. The new port and airport are roughly ten minutes by car.
