Set on a hilltop in the Paros countryside, Sunrise Poem Estate is a recently completed contemporary villa with one of the most expansive views on the island — a sweeping panorama that takes in the white-washed villages of the central plain, the rolling agricultural landscape, the sea on three sides, and the silhouette of Antiparos across the channel. The position offers genuine seclusion alongside easy access to the island's defining points: Naoussa's harbour and tavernas are a short drive, Parikia's port within minutes, and the white-sand beaches of Kolymbithres, Santa Maria, and Marcello within easy reach.

The architecture is firmly contemporary while honouring the Cycladic palette. White plastered cubic volumes step down the hillside, anchored at key points by hand-laid Parian schist stone walls that ground the property in the local landscape. A wide covered terrace runs along the principal facade, finished with a kalami reed ceiling that filters the Aegean light into striped shadows across the floor.
