Villa Lámpsi
Paros, Greece

Set in the open countryside of Paros, Villa Lampsi is a recently completed contemporary villa that draws directly on Cycladic architectural language — pure white cubic volumes, flat roofs, and clean rectangular openings — scaled up into an estate-sized residence. The single-storey footprint stretches across the plot with the long south elevation facing a generous pool terrace and the open island landscape beyond. The position offers a calm, rural setting with easy access to Naoussa's restaurants and bars, the harbour at Parikia, and the beaches of Kolymbithres and Santa Maria.
The architecture is restrained and beautifully detailed. A wide covered terrace runs the full length of the main facade, supported on slender white steel columns and finished with a kalami reed ceiling that filters the Aegean sunlight into soft striped shadows. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors retract entirely, opening the principal living, dining, and kitchen spaces to the terrace. The interior palette stays close to the architecture — pale walls, polished concrete floors, soft linen upholstery, and accents of weathered teak.
Outdoor living is the heart of the property. A long rectangular pool runs along the front of the terrace, with an integrated sunken seating area mid-pool that allows guests to lounge directly in the water. A series of distinct outdoor rooms unfold beneath the covered terrace: oversized teak sofa groupings for afternoon lounging, an alfresco dining table set for long meals, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen tucked into the wall. Beyond the pool, casual bean-bag loungers in turquoise dot the deck, with classical Greek pithoi pots and architectural planting punctuating the space.
Six bedrooms are distributed across the villa, each opening directly onto the covered terrace or a private patio.
