Pyrgos King

Set into the hillside near the village of Pyrgos — the highest and most authentic settlement on Santorini — Pyrgos King Villa is a contemporary estate that reinterprets Cycladic architecture in a sculptural, distinctly modern register. Where the traditional Pyrgos houses are built in white-plastered cubic forms, this property pushes the language further: angular cantilevered volumes, deep recessed openings, and continuous earth-toned render that ties the architecture directly to the volcanic soil of the island. The position is exceptional: the Caldera viewpoints at Fira are a short drive, the wineries of Megalochori within minutes, and the beaches of Perissa, Perivolos, and Vlychada within fifteen minutes by car.

The estate is divided across a main villa and a separate guest house, allowing groups to spread out comfortably while remaining socially connected. Both volumes share the same architectural language — raw plaster walls, exposed concrete details, polished microcement floors, and tall narrow windows that frame the surrounding landscape with the precision of an art frame.
