Clad in warm golden sandstone, the house sits low across a landscaped hillside, its long facade opening through steel-framed picture windows to gardens, terraces, and a wide panorama of rolling country reaching toward the sea.
The interiors balance modern lines with distinctly Sicilian character. Living spaces feature hand-laid graphic cement tiles, vaulted microcement ceilings, and a long glazed gallery that draws light deep into the house. The open kitchen pairs a sleek black island with bold patterned floors and ceramic accents, while bedrooms and bathrooms layer textured tilework, dry-stone detailing, and contemporary fittings. The four bedrooms are restful and uncluttered, each finished with the same considered, tactile palette.
Outdoor living is central to the design. A private pool stretches beneath a sculptural arched stone pavilion housing a summer kitchen, surrounded by lawns dotted with mature olive trees. Bamboo-shaded pergolas cover long alfresco dining tables and lounge areas, framing dinners that stretch into the Sicilian dusk.
