Stonewatch Estate at Deer Crest

High above Jordanelle Reservoir, Stonewatch Estate at Deercrest was designed by architect Michael Upwall, its dark timber and stone exterior stepping down the hillside toward the water. Floor-to-ceiling glass wraps the entry, framing the lake and surrounding peaks from nearly every angle.

Inside, a stacked-stone fireplace anchors the vaulted great room, hardwood floors extending toward a kitchen fitted with a marble island, wood cabinetry, and bar seating. A round dining table nearby takes in the same panoramic view. Downstairs, a home theater with tiered leather seating sits alongside a fully equipped fitness room, while a freestanding soaking tub framed by a stone accent wall completes one of the bathrooms.

Outside, stone patios step across multiple levels, one built around a tiered stone waterfall, another holding a fire pit and dining table. A hot tub looks directly over the reservoir and mountains beyond, with ski-in, ski-out access to a run just past the trees. Through summer and winter alike, Stonewatch holds its place quietly above the water.
