The Foundry at the Colony

A glass-walled elevator threads through a stacked-stone core connecting the home's levels, opening onto a curved living room dressed in ivory boucle chairs and brass accents. Below, a tiered screening room and a game room with a pool table and ping-pong table round out the lower level, alongside a fully equipped fitness room.

Outside, stone terraces step across multiple levels, each fitted with its own fire feature — a sunken lounge, a rooftop fireplace, and a hot tub set against an open sweep of ridgeline, with ski access just beyond the tree line.
