The Timbers at the Colony

Timber and stone rise through the aspens at The Timbers at the Colony, its steep gabled roofline settling into Park City's gated Colony enclave. A covered stone entry with a heavy wood door opens onto ski-in, ski-out terrain, the estate holding its ground on a wooded slope above the valley.

Inside, reclaimed timber trusses vault over the great room, a stone fireplace anchoring wide-plank floors and walls of glass that pull the aspen grove indoors. A second sitting room continues the palette in leather and stone, while downstairs a media room's tufted daybed sits opposite a game room with a pool table and ping-pong table. A dedicated ski room lines its walls with boot and board racks, steps from the slopes. Soaking tubs framed by timber-trimmed windows complete two of the bathrooms, aspens visible from the water.

Outside, stone patios hold fire pits and lounge seating beneath the timber eaves, while a hot tub sits tucked against a stone wall at the edge of the property. Rooftop decking opens the view further still, the Colony's forested quiet extending in every direction through every season.
