The architecture is modern and angular — pale stucco volumes, stone-clad walls, and full-height steel-framed glazing — with mountain rising directly behind the property and a wide panorama across the city to Table Bay and the V&A Waterfront unfolding from the upper terraces.
The interiors are richly layered and confidently curated. A glass-walled garden pavilion holds a long timber dining table and leopard-print chairs around a striking bronze panther sculpture; the formal dining room is anchored in deep indigo, with brass detailing, oak cabinetry, and gallery-style artwork. Living spaces flow into one another across multiple levels, joined by polished marble floors, bespoke joinery, and an art collection that gives each room its own character. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the five bedrooms are arranged for privacy, with several principal suites opening directly to garden or city views.
Outside, a private pool sits beside a white four-poster daybed framed by climbing vines and the Apostles beyond. A marble sun terrace catches the afternoon light with the city laid out below, while a clawfoot bath tucked into a fern garden offers a private outdoor soak. Across the grounds, mature trees, lawns, and stone walls give the property a sheltered, gardened quality rare so close to the city.
