Set on Camps Bay Drive in Cape Town, Villa Sensual is a contemporary three-bedroom villa designed for the city's most cinematic view: the Atlantic on one side, the Twelve Apostles mountain range on the other. The architecture is modern and layered, with slate-blue cladding, timber accents, and an upper level cantilevered over the pool, while floor-to-ceiling glass slides away to dissolve the line between inside and out.
The interiors are rich and curated. A double-height living room anchors the main floor, opening onto a long dining table and a dedicated cocktail bar in slatted oak and dark marble, with deep-velvet swivel chairs arranged for sundown drinks. Original artworks, brass and sculptural pieces, and large bespoke rugs give the home a gallery-like quality, while a mezzanine library and lounge overlook the main space from above. The kitchen is sleek and fully equipped; the three bedrooms are positioned for privacy and view, several opening directly to terraces above the bay.
Outside, a heated pool runs along a timber deck framed by palms and tropical planting, with striped daybeds, oversized rattan loungers, a wood-fired pizza oven, and a concrete dining table — all oriented toward the horizon. As the sun drops behind the Atlantic, the entire deck turns golden.
Villa Sensual sits a short walk from Camps Bay beach, its restaurants and beach clubs, with Clifton, the V&A Waterfront, and Table Mountain all within easy reach.
