Set on a quiet hillside above Cala Conta — the west coast bay widely regarded as the best sunset on Ibiza — Cala Conta Dream is a single-story modern villa shaped around the view. The architecture follows the island's traditional vocabulary: whitewashed volumes, dry-stone walls in warm honey tones, sail shades stretched over the terraces, and bougainvillea draped along the rooflines. Glass walls slide open across the main living pavilion, dissolving the line between the lounge and the garden.
The outdoor program is the heart of the property. A long infinity pool runs along the lawn, framed by a wide deck of sun loungers and umbrellas, with a separate plunge pool tucked into a private corner overlooking the sea. Alfresco dining for twelve sits beneath a sailcloth canopy, with a lounge area and a Balinese daybed nearby. The interior pivots around a stone-clad fireplace wall and an open-plan kitchen and dining room finished in pale wood and natural linen.
Five en-suite bedrooms are arranged for privacy, several with direct garden access. A trampoline, manicured lawn, and gentle pathways through olive and oleander make the villa as suited to multi-generational families as to groups of friends.
Cala Conta beach is minutes away on foot, with Sunset Ashram, Cala Bassa, and San Antonio's marina a short drive further. Ibiza Town and the airport are roughly twenty minutes by car.
