Set on the stretch of Ibiza's south coast known as the Golden Mile — between Porroig and Es Cubells — Can Felipe is a 6-bedroom modern villa built for relaxed, multi-generational family stays. The property occupies a 10,000-square-metre estate of landscaped gardens, fruit-tree orchards, and tall pines, with sea views to the Mediterranean over neighbouring farmland and pine-clad hillsides.

Architecture follows the local idiom: low-slung whitewashed volumes with shaded loggias and a covered terrace that wraps the house. The pool terrace is the centrepiece — a 10m main pool, a separate jacuzzi, and a solar-heated children's pool, all framed by stone paving, sun loungers, and shaded daybeds.
