Can Icarus

Set on a clifftop above a quiet beach cove, Can Icarus occupies one of Ibiza's most singular south-facing positions. The Mediterranean stretches out from every terrace — south to Formentera, west toward the silhouettes of the south coast islets — with sunset views that change the light across the property hour by hour. A private path winds down through pine and juniper to the cove below.

The architecture is classical Mediterranean rendered with confidence: cream stucco volumes, white colonnaded loggias, barrel-vaulted ceilings, and a half-moon stepped terrace that opens like an amphitheater toward the sea. Reed-covered pergolas hang with cobalt-blue Moroccan glass lanterns, and bougainvillea drapes the columns.
