Can Reyna
Ibiza, Spain

Set into a terraced hillside in the Ibizan countryside, Can Reyna is a traditional finca built in the island's vernacular style — whitewashed organic walls, dry-stone retaining terraces, and heavy wooden pergolas with reed-thatched ceilings. The property is carved into the natural rock face, with cypress and olive trees stepping down toward open views of the surrounding vineyards and the mountains beyond.
The outdoor program is the heart of the home. A long rectangular pool with an integrated sunken bench runs alongside a wide travertine sun terrace, anchored at one end by a covered pergola dining area with seating for twelve at a reclaimed teak table, and at the other by a separate jacuzzi pavilion with curtained daybed. A second pergola houses the outdoor kitchen, complete with grill station, prep counters, and chill-out seating. Behind the pool, a covered daybed lounge and a stone water feature with brass lanterns extend the entertaining space into the evening.
The main house opens onto a generous travertine courtyard with sofas, daybeds, and a long outdoor dining table. Inside, hand-carved timber doors, wrought-iron details, and Balinese furnishings give the rooms a warm, lived-in character. Eight bedrooms are distributed across the main house and adjoining structures, each opening onto private terraces or gardens.
