Set in the hills of Jesús, just outside Ibiza Town, Can Rimbau Heights is a recently built villa designed in a classical contemporary style — white columned facades, full-height glazing, and a layered terrace that drops away toward open views of Ibiza Town, the harbour, and Formentera in the distance. The two-storey volume is anchored by a long infinity pool that runs the length of the rear elevation, framed by limestone paving, sun loungers, and a covered chill-out lounge.
Inside, the open-plan living areas are finished to a high standard with Calacatta marble floors, white plaster walls, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open the entire ground floor to the terrace. The main living room features a marble fireplace, generous lounge seating, and a grand piano; an adjoining dining area seats ten beneath a sculptural crystal chandelier. The fully equipped kitchen connects directly to an outdoor dining area with barbecue. A separate gym and sauna sit on the lower level.
Eight en-suite bedrooms are distributed across both floors. The two upper-floor master suites share a private lounge and bar area, both with jacuzzi bathrooms and direct views toward Ibiza old town. Talamanca beach is a five-minute drive, Pacha is seven minutes, and Ibiza airport sits sixteen minutes away.
