Arrowpines
Avon, CO

Arrowpines Lodge sits inside a peaceful gated community in Beaver Creek, six levels stacked into the hillside with skiing and hiking access starting right in the backyard. Climb the stairs and the outdoor living space greets you first — a deck built for gathering — before double glass doors open into a foyer with the great room on one side and the kitchen, living, and dining rooms on the other.
The kitchen runs on plenty of counter space, stainless appliances, a restaurant-grade range, and double-stacked ovens, all within view of a dining table that seats twelve, with six more at the breakfast bar. A sectional faces the television nearby, and down the hall, the great room's fireplace holds its own quiet corner — or opens fully to the deck when the two spaces want to become one. Six bedrooms spread across the home's levels: a secondary suite just below the main floor, a guest bedroom near the laundry and garage, a queen room and a bunk room above, and at the very top, a skylit main suite with a king bed, a soaker tub, and a spa shower, alongside a small twin-bedded dormer for the rest of the group.
Outside, the deck's fire pit and hot tub carry the evening long after the mountain closes. Vail Village and Lionshead are a ten-minute drive, Avon's shops and restaurants closer still, but Arrowpines Lodge makes the case for staying put — a house with room enough that no one has to choose between company and quiet.
