A broad cantilevered roofline, exposed timber beams, and slatted wood screens give the architecture a quiet, grounded presence, while walls of sliding glass dissolve the line between inside and out.
The main living level is a single flowing space where the living room, dining area, and a dark-toned open kitchen with a central island connect directly to a covered terrace. Warm walnut joinery, polished concrete floors, leather lounge chairs, and natural-fibre lighting create interiors that feel calm and tactile rather than ornate. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a breakfast bar and a long dining table for ten.
Outdoor living is the heart of the home. A black-tiled infinity pool meets the treetops at its edge, framed by mature trees and dense planting, with the ocean visible beyond. The terrace holds alfresco dining, lounge seating, and a grill, all shaded by the deep overhang. The six bedrooms are positioned for privacy and view, several with floor-to-ceiling glass framing the jungle canopy and Pacific sunsets.
