Downstairs opens into a home theater with tiered, deep-cushioned seating, then gives way to a lounge anchored by a living wall of plants and mirrored paneling, a ping-pong table and bar set just beyond it, with two guest bedrooms completing the level. Upstairs, the kitchen runs on a waterfall marble island and paneled integrated appliances under a cluster of brass pendant lights, with a wood dining table nearby and a living room finished in soft green upholstery and travertine side tables. Walls of glass slide back completely, turning the whole floor into a single indoor-outdoor room.

Outside, an infinity-edge pool and adjoining spa cut into the hillside terrace behind glass railings, the water's edge dissolving into the canyon below.
