Palm trees line the side path down to the pool, and the hedge walls keep the property private from the hillside homes stacked above it. A stairwell of glass and steel cable railing runs through the center of the house, visible from the street through the front windows.
Inside, the kitchen runs on glossy white cabinetry and a waterfall island, lit by curved pendant lighting and outfitted with a full stainless suite. The living room holds a corduroy sectional and a wall-mounted TV, opening straight onto the side patio. Downstairs, a glass-shelved wet bar and a small office nook round out the lower level. Five bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across the upper floors, including a primary suite with its own private balcony; the rest mix channel-tufted and leather headboards, floor-to-ceiling glass, and views straight into the greenery outside.
Outside, a compact linear pool runs along the side of the house, framed by grass and a fire pit lounge set beneath a market umbrella. A second dining table sits near the freestanding grill, steps from the kitchen doors. Palm trees and dense hedging wrap the entire yard, holding the space private end to end. Villa Coldwater keeps its distance from the street — quiet, contained, and entirely its own.
