The kitchen anchors the main level: Miele appliances, a custom zinc-finished hood, marble countertops, and a rounded island built for cooking as much as gathering around it. Nearby, a staircase with a chevron floor landing and a 1940s iron railing adds a bit of history to the otherwise modern shell. Upstairs, the primary suite holds two walk-in closets, a seating area, and its own private staircase down to the pool and spa. Every additional bedroom opens onto its own patio, giving each guest a private slice of outdoor space.
Outside, a pool and spa sit at the center of the backyard, with an alfresco dining area under an automatic pergola and several lounge spots built around a fire pit for evenings that run late. One balcony opens onto sweeping views of the hills below.
