Downstairs, a wine cellar lined in floor-to-ceiling steel racks sits beside a private theater finished in suede wall panels and deep crushed-velvet seating, a bar in dark cabinetry with a marble counter completing the level. Upstairs, the primary suite centers on a tufted headboard and abstract art, its bath finished in dark-veined stone with a freestanding tub, a glass shower, and a fitted walk-in closet in warm oak.

Outside, the infinity pool runs the length of a stone deck, chaise lounges and umbrellas set against the drop of the hillside.
