Balconies in black steel and glass stack across the upper floors, stepping back toward a rooftop terrace above.
Inside, a floor-to-ceiling wine wall rises beside the staircase, lit from within and caught in the sightline from the dining table below a branching glass-bulb chandelier. The primary suite carries its own stone fireplace and opens through disappearing glass onto the pool deck, a pair of glass-walled dressing rooms set off the hall beside a spa bath with a freestanding oval tub framed by a wall of glass.
Downstairs, a powder room turns dramatic in dark patterned walls beneath a pair of gold glass pendants, and a home gym looks out through its own glass wall to the garden.
