Three levels above a quiet bend of Sunset Plaza Drive, Villa Sunset sits behind gated entry and a screen of towering hedges, minutes from the Strip but wholly removed from it. The mid-century structure was rebuilt around its view, with floor-to-ceiling glass and wraparound decks pulling the Hollywood Hills and the city skyline into nearly every room.
Inside, the open plan runs living room into dining into kitchen without a wall in between, lit by soaring ceilings and glass on every side. Black lacquer cabinetry meets a marble waterfall island in the kitchen, while a glass-enclosed wine cellar and a private theater sit tucked into the lower level. The primary suite carries its own fireplace and a walk-in closet built for a serious wardrobe, and a separate downstairs suite gives guests their own quarters entirely.
Outside, the rooftop deck is the real find: turf underfoot, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, and a glass skylight cut into the lawn that looks straight down into the living room below. A hedge-lined pool and spa sit one level down, private enough to forget the Strip is five minutes away. Villa Sunset holds its view and its quiet in equal measure.
