The exterior is composed of travertine stone columns, floor-to-ceiling glass, and living walls of sculpted boxwood hedging — a material palette that gives the home a presence closer to a private arts institution than a vacation residence.

The rear grounds are organized around a resort-scale entertaining sequence. A large illuminated pool with an integrated in-pool spa feature anchors the central terrace, flanked by a separate outdoor bar pavilion with travertine counter seating for ten and a full grill station. Covered lounge areas with teak and linen furnishings extend the length of the pool on both sides, while a dedicated sun lawn adds further depth to the grounds.

The entry sequence is equally considered — a sculpted courtyard garden with mature trees set into travertine planters and large-format photographic wall art creates a transition between the street and the interior that few rental properties at any price point replicate.
