Set on a quiet street in Fort Lauderdale, Villa Ocean is a two-story contemporary build with a white stucco and warm wood facade, horizontal louvred screening, and a layout that uses both levels with equal intention. The ground floor opens entirely to the rear through floor-to-ceiling glass panels, connecting a light-filled interior — double-height living areas, circular pendant lighting, a full kitchen with island bar seating — directly to a long private pool that runs the full width of the home. Dense tropical hedging on all sides creates a level of seclusion uncommon for a property this close to the city.
The rooftop terrace is the home's defining feature. A full outdoor kitchen with a professional-grade grill and beverage refrigerator anchors one end, while a covered lounge area with wood-plank ceiling and seating for twelve occupies the center. A hot tub sits at the terrace edge. Glass railings on all sides leave the view unobstructed — palm canopy, the Fort Lauderdale skyline in the distance, and open sky in every direction. At sunset, the terrace functions as a private viewing platform with no comparable equivalent in the area's short-term rental market.
Five bedrooms are distributed across both floors, each finished to the same standard as the communal spaces. Fort Lauderdale Beach is ten minutes by car; Las Olas Boulevard is fifteen; Miami's Design District is approximately thirty minutes south.
