The rear grounds are organized with the same clarity. A rectangular pool with an integrated mosaic-tiled spa sits at the center of a large-format white porcelain terrace, flanked by eight sun loungers with black cantilever umbrellas arranged across the pool lawn. A covered lounge terrace with a teak-plank ceiling, black walls, and floor-to-ceiling glass panels runs the full width of the ground floor, connecting the interior living spaces directly to the pool deck.
The outdoor entertaining sequence extends further with a separate covered pergola pavilion — also teak-ceilinged — housing a full outdoor kitchen with grill station and, beyond it, a dedicated dining area around a long lattice-top teak table with rope-woven chairs seating sixteen.
