Upstairs, the master suite offers a private retreat with a spa-inspired bath and a spacious terrace overlooking the bay. Outside, a heated saltwater pool, spa, IPE deck, Boffi summer kitchen, and new dock create a waterfront experience shaped by sunset views and the rhythm of the bay. A 620-square-foot rooftop deck adds another vantage point — an elevated space for gathering, unwinding, or simply taking in the skyline.
