Frostwood Gondola sits where the ski trail ends, stone and timber facing a marked run that carries skiers straight to the door. Inside, a vaulted great room opens under a full-height herringbone marble fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows framing the slopes and ridgelines beyond. A formal dining space for eight keeps that view in frame at dinner, too.

Leather chairs and a gray sectional gather around the hearth beneath a loft that opens over the room. The chef's kitchen carries the same finish into cooking, outfitted in professional-grade appliances for a house built to feed a crowd. The main level keeps its best room private — slope views, hot tub patio access, a fireplace, and an ensuite with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and an oversized shower — while a second main-floor suite holds a king bed and a gondola view. Upstairs, four more king suites carry the house forward, the largest adding a second fireplace and its own soaking tub, every bedroom keeping a bathroom behind its own door.

Downstairs, a bunk room sleeps six on twin-over-queen beds, its shared bath down the hall from a media and game room built for late nights — a wet bar, a ping pong table, and a flat-screen. Outside, a covered barbecue area and a private hot tub handle the evening, with true ski-in/ski-out access in winter and the Canyons Golf Course waiting in summer.
