Set directly on Long Bay Beach in Long Bay Hills, Dune House rises in clean, contemporary lines behind walls of glass, sand dunes rolling toward the turquoise water just beyond the terrace. Inside, the living and dining spaces open fully to the view, farmhouse-style tables and low linen sofas gathered beneath simple, pared-back lighting.
